Barcelona is a delight. We are at a b&b in the old town, close to all the history of this place, from the Romans through to the Visigoths and all the medieval times which saw barca one of the powers in the Mediterranean. Unfortunately they have suffered under Spanish administration, and being proud catalonians they might just secede from Spain, thank you! Stand by for a referendum later this year, maybe.
